In order chronologically from when I cooked them, here are the recipes from Betty Crocker's 300 Calorie Cook Book: 300 Tasty Meals for Eating Healthy Every Day.  I have linked the name of the dish to the recipe if it’s available online (although sometimes the online versions are slightly different than what is printed in the book).  I have also noted the date I blogged about the recipe so you can read my thoughts.  Lastly, I am attempting to give the recipes a “grade”, so I have come up with my own system:

A: This was so delicious I’m kinda pissed I can’t just eat it for the next 6 meals straight.
B: This was great and I will definitely make it again, according to recipe (or close to).
C: This recipe was good, worth trying again – but it might need tweaking (note: tweaking could be due to my inability to cook, my dislike for certain flavors, or possibly due to a less-than-awesome recipe)
D: This recipe will only be made again if I make some legit serious changes to it.
F: I would rather swear off Sam Adam’s Summer Ale for life than eat this again.


In some rare occasions, I have decided to not award a recipe a grade.  This is usually due to a malfunction in my kitchen that made it truly unfair for me to grade.
